2. Package prices

The quoted amounts outlined in the package are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. The amount is to be paid in the USD, or with the exchange rate of your local currency on the day of the payment.

The quoted price takes into account the number of paying travelers. Please be aware that the price may change if the number of travelers change. A new price quote will then be issued. Costs are based on the group traveling together.

Many hotels, lodges and airlines in Tanzania require payment upon booking, therefore we need to arrange payment immediately to confirm your arrangements and guarantee your quoted price. Should there be more than 9 months until our services start, special arrangements can be made in terms of the payment.

The remaining 70% is to be paid no later than 45 days prior to departure. If you book your trip less than 45 days before departure, the total cost of the trip must be paid upon booking. TE can not guarantee the agreed itinerary and price if payment are not made according to these conditions.
